Experience: 3 – 6 yrs
Job Description:
Strategizing:
• Map potential and high-value clients.
• Analyze and suggest service improvements
• Formulate strategies for Mortgage Process.
• Identify, innovate and create new opportunities for growth based on client’s interaction.
Communication and Coordination:
• Manage continuous communication with our internal clients (Corporate/Individual)
• Understand client requirements and take appropriate actions thereafter
• Coordination with the Ops team, translation, and data entry teams to meet timely delivery schedules
Skills:
* Good command over English language
* Good email writing skills
* Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Abilities To:
* Structure information in an easy-to-understand manner Identify gaps and take initiative to bridge them Take quick action in adverse circumstances
* Prioritize tasks at hand based on urgency levels.
He/She should have hands on experience on mortgage process.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree-Graduate Degree (BA, BSc, BCom)
