# Track, Develop, Generate New Business Opportunities & Revenue
# Handle End users like Large Housing societies and Townships.
# Get in touch with the Society Manager & Committee members.
# Plan, arrange and demonstrate the product range and then close the sale.
# Responsible for achieving sales targets.
# Required to take care for complete Sales Process including Lead Generation, Attend Meetings, Negotiate, Follow up, Close the Deal, Collect payment.
# Maximize the number and the value of customer orders from the customers and perspective customers assigned to them.

Products to be handle :
1. EINS Housing Society Software.
2. Society Intercom.
3. Boom Barriers.
4. CCTV Surveillance Systems.
5. Public Address System.
6. Fire Alarms System.
7. Access Control System.

2.CHANNEL / SEGMENT:-
JOB DESCRIPTION :

# Purely focus on market expansion
# Manage channel sales & responsible for appointing a new distributor / dealer.
# Focus on Access control system, Visitor management system (clear understanding of the SI & Security business)
# Have a proven track record in SI (system integration business),
# Manage primary & secondary sales of distributors & dealers
# Plan, arrange and demonstrate the product range and then close the sale.
# Responsible for achieving sales targets.
# Required to take care for complete Sales Process including Lead Generation, Attend Meetings, Negotiate, Follow up, Close the Deal, Collect payment.
# Have a proven track record in generating business of security products like access control system ( Hardware & Software )
# Maximize the number and the value of customer orders from the customers and perspective customers assigned to them.

3. CONSULTANTS, ARCHITECTS & PROJECT MANAGEMENT COMPANIES :-

JOB DESCRIPTION:

# Track, Develop, Generate New Business Opportunities & Revenue
# Execute Product Marketing and Sales Strategy with Consultants, PMC & Architects involved at the project inception stage with complete mapping of Key Decision Makers and business Influencers.
# Continuously follow up & ensure successful product promotions & sale for projects.
# Plan, arrange and demonstrate the product range and then close the sale.
# Responsible for achieving sales targets.
# Required to take care for complete Sales Process including Lead Generation, Attend Meetings, Negotiate, Follow up, Close the Deal, Collect payment.
# Have a proven track record in generating business of security products like access control system ( Hardware & Software )
# Maximize the number and the value of customer orders from the customers and perspective customers assigned to them.

CANDIDATE PROFILE FOR ALL THREE SEGMENTS :-

# Male / Female Smart candidate with excellent communication skills.
# Knowledge of electronics access control systems will be an added advantage.
# Candidates should have zeal for constant learning and passionate about sales.
# Candidates with good contacts or having their own contacts with the Architects, Interior designers, Consultants will be an added advantage.
# Experience in independently handling sales for products of access control systems ( Hardware & Software )
# Preferably from the same industry or previous experience in sales with Architects etc.
# Should be aggressive & have sales acumen
# Candidates having Bikes & Laptops will be an added advantage.
