Short Description
Key Responsibilities :
-Strategy formulation & implementation
-Contribute to the development and refinement of Iris Corporate Solution's vision and strategy
-Support the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure
-Deal with multiple stakeholder
-Liaise with other executive heads on the implementation of the company’s strategic and operational plans
-Develop, review, and report on the business development division’s strategy,
-Ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the team.
-Lead the overall business development function
-Ensuring the business generated and client acquisition is in line with Company's vision and services offered.
-Responsible for Direct B2B Sales and developing relationships with other channels and alliances.
-Develop and lead the Business Development team in sourcing, managing and
implementing new business opportunities
-Formulating & implementing strategies to achieve targets.
-Responsible for negotiating on terms and conditions till the deal closure.
-Exposure in networking & mapping the industries to expand the business.
-Creating the Sales KRAs in line with the organisation’s needs and drive a strong performance driven culture.
-Creating a “Brand Value” for the organization.

-Ability to lead a large & diverse sales team
