SAN Support
• Should have worked on any LSI or Disk Array products (HP, IBM, EMC, SUN etc), JBODS, NAS, Tape Libraries
• Should be proficient on any one operating system with exposure to other operating systems (windows, Linux, Solaris etc).
• Should have strong Hardware troubleshooting skills (servers, storage)
• Certification is not mandatory, but desirable on any OS and Storage
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good customer handling skills
• The candidate should basically be strong on hardware with exposure to operating systems.
